We are exited to share that this month Irene Chen from the University of California, Berkeley presented on our online webinar. She talked about the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) in high-stakes domains such as healthcare and how they have demonstrated impressive capabilities, but also exhibit concerning biases that can perpetuate harm. She gave two examples of projects using LLMs in a clinical context, and discussed their effectiveness and practicality, but also the issues around transparancy and trustworthiness.
